Group Product Manager
Preferably from Local FMCG , Casual Fine Dine Restaurants/Groups or Quick Service Restaurant
The GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER (Senior Manager Level) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of marketing strategies and growth for all brands. He/She shall ensure effectiveness of campaigns from concept to launch, understands market behavior, monitors market trends, and analyze brand performance to come up with high impact business plans and reviews.
_PART OF THE SCOPE WOULD BE:_
- Champion new product cycle to successfully launch innovations from R&D to sales
performance and sustaining activities.
- Identify and create brand plans, new business opportunities that is aligned with the overall
brand strategy, improves brand loyalty, and increase in market share
- Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brands that results to stronger sales
- Manage external agencies and ensures marketing briefs, timelines, and budgets are met.
_QUALIFICATIONS:_
- Candidate must be a graduate in Marketing, Management or any equivalent course
- With at least five (5) years of proven work experience in Marketing and Branding in the
restaurant, retail or consumer goods industries
- Excellent understanding of the full product mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
