Responsibilities
The
Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and driving strategies which are aligned with brand visual identity and brand communication identity to ensure integrity and consistency of the brand across the customer journey. He/ She will also drive the achievement of long-term and short-term sales and brand objectives by doing the following:
- Review of the brand to unearth potential gaps.
- Identification and recommendation of opportunity areas specific to the product, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Creation of marketing mix strategies.
- Management of cross-functional teams: Trade Marketing, Creative Agency, Media Agency, PR/ Digital Agencies, Corporate Media and Corporate Research to ensure the OTIF launch of all NPDs.
- Management of the overall brand health, which includes Campaign Management and A&P budgets.
- Strengthening affinity with the brand's target markets, publicizing new products and offerings via Product PR and setting directions and strategies to grow and engage followers in key digital platforms like social media.

Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Advertising; At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial capacity - in the marketing communications or digital marketing fields in established brands.
- Must have good Business Orientation management of plans; long-term and strategic planning.
- Must have good Consumer Orientation strategic and operational analysis of consumer; conducts research, focus group discussions, strategic thinking on consumer preference, demographics, market targets and others.
- Must be very creative extensive involvement in New Product Development; Product Management; Advertising and Promotions, Media Management; Research.
- Must be highly analytical and able to identify issues, determines alternative course of action, and charts the best course of action after relating and measuring costs, pros and cons of possible alternatives.
- Must be a good multitasker able to manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
