As a Senior Brand Assistant, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing activities for assigned potential brands.
Your responsibilities include:
- Development of marketing plans for assigned product lines/ brands.
- Providing inputs in the creation of the marketing/demand forecast for assigned product lines/ brands.
- Execution of marketing plans including existing product portfolio, test markets, and new SKU launch plans for assigned product lines/ brands.
- Gathering relevant data on performance of assigned product lines/ brands and performing analysis.
- Conducting fieldwork to evaluate programs and market conditions and gather relevant consumer and shopper insights as input into marketing strategies/ brand plans.
- Performing benchmarking to gather competitor activities and presenting findings to immediate superiors.
- Execution of assigned special projects and coordination with cross-functional team members to monitor and evaluate completion of project deliverables in terms of scope, quality, cost, etc.
- Providing ideas/insights as deemed relevant in the development of new products related to the assigned minor product lines/ brands.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing or any related course
- With at least 2 years work experience in FMCG or related industry
- Proficient in Brand Equity, Brand Activation, Consumer Insight, Data Analysis and Management, Project Management
- Able to do Brand Strategy Development & Planning, Integrated Marketing Communications, Shopper Insight, Financial Awareness & Brand Profitability, New Product Development, Forecasting, Digital Marketing, Category and Channel Planning
- With working knowledge in Distributor Management, Key Account Management
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
