Senior AU Bookkeeper Office-Based
Job Description: The Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian financial regulations. Working onsite, the Bookkeeper will manage accounts using MYOB and Xero, handle payroll processing, and support ATO and superannuation compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of Australian bookkeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with superannuation and ATO requirements.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts in MYOB and Xero.
Prepare and submit BAS and other tax-related documents in line with ATO standards.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reports.
Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting software.
Solid understanding of ATO regulations, superannuation, and payroll requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment (Angeles City).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred
Certificate or diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
