Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Biostatistician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in biostatistics within the clinical research field, and will play a crucial role in supporting our research initiatives through statistical analysis and interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with researchers to design and analyze clinical trials and observational studies.
- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans (SAP) and data management protocols.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis using statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, STATA).
- Generate statistical reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines related to clinical research.
- Contribute to the preparation of study protocols, reports, and publications.
- Provide statistical support in grant applications and project proposals.
- Stay current with statistical methodologies and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a biostatistician in clinical research.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, STATA).
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and their applications in clinical research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with regulatory submissions and clinical trial processes.
- Familiarity with data management systems and clinical trial databases.
- Knowledge of epidemiological principles and methodologies.
