Your Role:- Manage the corporate secretarial duties for client companies and handle all other ASIC-related matters, including
- Preparation of ASIC Annual company statements and resolutions
- Preparation of ASIC forms and resolutions for change of directors, shareholders, registered office, principal place of office, etc
- Maintenance of Client Corporate Volumes electronically
- Maintenance of the Trust register
- Arranging the incorporation of companies and settlement of trusts through third-party providers
- Preparation of ASIC documents and resolutions relating to deregistration of companies
- Manage any business name registrations and renewals
- Applying for ABN, TFN, and GST registrations
- Assist with client data management in Greatsoft/Workday/Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Assist with client billing and reporting in Greatsoft/Workday
- Manage the new client onboarding process in Greatsoft/Workday
- Manage the client offboarding process in Greatsoft/Workday
- Assist the Personal Assistant in the Division as required
- Assist the tax team as required
- General adhoc administration duties as required, including scanning and filing electronic documents and maintaining registers.
What You Need:- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commerce
- Certificate in Business Administration
- Electronic Content Management
- 12-18 months in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
