Plans, negotiates, and executes marketing rewards awareness and redemption campaigns to increase cardholder engagement and cards usage.
Coordinates with internal groups and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely implementation of declared programs.
Prepares proposal, conforme letters and contracts governing agreements between RBSC and the rewards partner and ensures these are cleared by the relevant parties before sign off.
Ensures that implemented programs/campaigns are within guidelines, mechanics, regulations, and budget.
Escalates unforeseen incidences/problems within 24 hours of occurrence and recommends solutions.
When applicable, manages and monitors the deployment of promotional materials to generate promo awareness and brand visibility.
Job Requirements
Must be a 4-year degree college graduate coming from a reputable school
With related marketing experience on campaign/program management and merchant negotiations
With good oral and written communication and good negotiation skills
