As a Senior Associate Lawyer with Aureada CPA Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our partners and clients, providing expert legal counsel in various practice areas. Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues.
Review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and briefs.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate, commercial, criminal and civil matters.
Assist in the preparation of cases for litigation and attend court proceedings as required.
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to achieve firm goals.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Philippine Bar and in good standing.
At least 1-2 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a reputable law firm.
Sound knowledge of Philippine laws and legal procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling corporate law, commercial transactions, or litigation cases.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with legal research tools and software.
