Job Overview
Wholesale Banking Payments APAC supports 8 branches in Asia (Manila, Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing, and Korea). The team mainly focuses on processing of payments (both manually initiated and electronic payments) received from both Financial Institutions and Non - Financial Institutions. Processing includes cancellation, adjustments, repair of incoming and outgoing payments and manually releasing of payments. The team also provides services to authenticate payments such branch signatures, Customers signatures as well as call-backs to Clients and ensures that these documents are updated.

SWIFT Payments Processing and Repairs
Payments Authentication (Signature verification and Callback)
Stakeholder Management (Client/Front office inquiries)
Deliver Process Improvements to minimize manual interventions in payment value chain.
Key Capabilities/Experience (3-5 bullet points)
Familiar with SWIFT Payments and/or MT/MX messages.
Experience in handling client or Stakeholder inquires in an international setup.
Exposure to banking products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of any business-related course.
With good communication skills
Can work under minimum supervision with key attention to details.
Engaging and able to collaborate with the team effectively.
With good analytical skills able to identify and provide recommendation for improvement
With good time management and prioritization skills
