DGT Analyst (E)
As part of this role, you will be expected to collect and review necessary KYC information from the clients, from relationship managers and even from internal systems to be used eventually for the due diligence review. This role will engage with clients directly via email whenever relevant KYC data is lacking or outdated from the system, and any new data received should be recorded to keep the bank's records reliable for all users. You will also ensure to read the responses from clients, save these in the repository and send in a timely manner follow up emails to those that did not respond.
If you are good at:
Reviewing KYC details to understand clearly the client's profile while using the latest updates to bank policies
Checking existing documents, reviewing them for discrepancies/changes.
Preparing emails following a set template, with accurate details, to request for needed
requirements from the client
Managing an inbox for mails received as replies to outreaches sent and documenting them for reference
Sending reminders to unresponsive clients
If you are:
A fresh graduate or an experienced professional who would like to learn more about KYC
A person with analytical skills, multitasking skills and has the ability to use a wide range of tools and systems.
A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business
If you can:
Review submitted images against ID documents and review information submitted against supporting documents uploaded (i.e. Government IDs, Proof of Address and etc.)
Process and send various emails daily while keeping track of replies received from existing outreach mails
Clearly analyze a client's profile to determine if all documents are sufficient for due diligence or if additional questions need to be posed to the client.
Familiarize and apply the appropriate policies in analyzing documents submitted by clients.
Coordinate with internal teams such as the CDD review teams to ensure efficient and timely end to end review completion
Serve as a contact of bankers for data gathering matters such as addressing inquiries, providing updates and helping resolve related issues or concerns.
