Identify and monitor any malicious activities against the sellers. This will include investigate and resolve complex issues, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and proposing preventive measures to minimize risks.
Lead the development and implementation of policies and processes to ensure the protection of sellers is in place. Including safeguarding against fraudulent activities and maintaining a fair trading environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Logistics, and Customer Support, to enhance the overall seller protection framework and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and conduct training programs for internal teams on seller protection policies and best practices, ensuring a consistent understanding and application across the organization.
Job Requirement:
Strong SQL and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to inform decision-making
Minimum of 2 years of experience in seller protection, fraud prevention, or a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
