• Position Overview:

We are seeking an Art Director with expertise in UI/UX and Graphic Design to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can think on their feet and contribute to the growth and success of our agency. As an Art Director at AX Creative, you will work closely with the founder and take the lead on client projects, helping to shape our brand creatively and strategically while developing groundbreaking ideas that set us apart.

• Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with client goals and brand strategies. Be a driving force in creative brainstorming and idea generation.

Design Expertise: Utilize your skills in UI/UX and graphic design to create high-quality, impactful designs for both client projects and internal initiatives across digital and print mediums.Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, present creative solutions, and deliver exceptional design work that exceeds expectations.

• Strategic Vision: Research and analyze industry trends to develop effective creative strategies that drive the agency and client projects forward.

Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to foster a strong creative partnership and ensure alignment on projects and goals.

Innovation and Problem-Solving: Think outside the box and find creative solutions even when faced with constraints.Brand Development: Play a key role in shaping our brand's creative direction, ensuring that our ideas and designs are at the forefront of the industry.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX and graphic design work, including client projects.

Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client interaction and relationship building.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php30,

• 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
