The Role
- Spearhead the Planning & Design of projects; overseeing all design requirements of projects.
- Responsible in the review and monitoring of the overall architectural design, construction materials and methods.
- Works closely with Jr. Architectural Designers to detailed design drawings.
- Monitors external consultants in providing necessary plans and documents needed for bidding, building permit application, and construction.
- Researches and proposes materials specifications.
- Provide progress reports to General Manager.
- Studies and ensures that designs comply with building codes and regulations, in close coordination with the Project Manager.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate into designs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.
Ideal Profile
- You have working knowledge of autocadd
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Must be a Licensed Architect.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in design, construction, and project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge on Architectural Design and Project Management
- Leadership and Management Skills, Budget Management, Decision Making Skills, Negotiation Skills
- Expected to be well-versed in AutoCAD, 3D illustration, Sketchup, and other image-editing software.
- Can start asap, willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
