Job Description

  • In Charge in the overall design and production of drawings for the project

  • Handles Junior architects in the schematic design phase until construction phase of the project

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of diversified experience in Design, Construction and supervision.

  • Minimum to No need to monitor his work as he is capable of handling the and the group of architects.

  • Supervises the construction phase of the project from time to time to be familiarize with the ongoing progress of work

  • No need to have full time inspection of the project

  • Must have designed a minimum of Five Storey Building, have designed Interior Fit-Outs projects.

  • Must have experience in working abroad and familiar with the British Standard of Specification.

  • Capable of solving the problem during the construction phase and has Decision Making Capacity

  • Must be a license Architect

  • Must be adept to CAD software-expert in the production drawing (Construction Drawing) of CAD

  • Must be capable of providing rendered drawing and Free-Hand sketches for presentation

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
