Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations
Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve service delivery
Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations Collaboration
Foster an active collaboration among peers within the Operations Enablement Chapter
Effectively communicate and lead operations support interactions with platform stakeholders, particularly during major incidents
Proactively establish and maintain good working relationships with business users and platform team members
Increasingly interact with mid-level business leaders to align on their business application vision and priorities related to operations

Mentor junior colleagues in developing their skills and expertise in their area of responsibilities
Identify opportunities for people development and capability building within the chapter or platform
