Senior Application Specialist

We are currently hiring for an Application Support Specialist role with one of our financial services partners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL, and a background in application and production support.

This role involves working with data manipulation on on-premises databases and servers, which will be migrated to AWS. It also includes optimizing SQL scripts for deployment to cloud platforms and providing L2/L3 Application support.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Application Development and Application/Production Support

- Extensive experience with databases/servers, including SQL scripting and execution

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Python is a plus.

- Familiarity with AWS and providing application support in a Financial Services environment is a plus

• Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x a week)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Mid shift
