Job Description Summary
The Centre of Analytics (CoA) is part of the C&W Global Occupier Services department. It is formed of experts in portfolio analytics, location analytics, financial modelling and data analytics to help our clients get a 360 view of information in order to improve and speed their decision-making process. Our team relies on in-depth analysis in order to best inform our clients.
The CoA is a small team looking to grow its reach across APAC and to achieve this objective we are looking to recruit a Senior Analytics Manager based in C&W's office in Taguig City. The role would be perfect for an experienced professional with a finance and real-estate background, looking to use his/her financial analysis and modelling skills within a real estate advisory context, whilst getting exposure to national and international companies.
This role will be responsible for helping build the Portfolio, Location and Financial Analytics offering and assist with developing new supporting technologies and tools. These will be used to support GOS Accounts and Service Lines globally.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Building and testing tools to provide decision-making support to our clients on their business / real-estate strategies as well as improving the efficiency of existing tools.
Liaising with internal and external clients to develop an understanding of their needs and requirements
Preparing and presenting reports to be distributed to senior management and clients.
Collaborates with different part of the business on initiatives to develop new capability and tools or improve existing ones
Ensure quality of deliverables created by junior team members
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Financial Modelling conducting all type of financial analysis (Cash Flow, P&L, NPV analysis) to support real-estate transactions (lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals & renegotiations, provisions calculations, etc.).
Location Analysis Conducting demographics and labour analysis to advise clients about the optimal location to implement their building
Portfolio and Benchmarking analysis understanding and presenting through dynamic dashboards a client's portfolio performance and advise on savings opportunities.
Scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
Qualifications:
BSC or BA degree in Finance, Computer science, Business, or related fields
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
5+ years experience in data analytics
Experience in the commercial real estate industry is strongly valued
Technical skills required: MS Excel, PowerBI
Technical skills appreciated: Alteryx, ArcGIS, ESRI, Python or other programming language
Strong analytical skills to provide insights and recommendation that convince company stakeholders and clients
Committed, able to work on deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks
Excellent communication in English
