Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Singapore Regulatory Compliance who will be responsible for supporting the Singapore Regulatory Compliance team in its oversight of the Regulatory Compliance Management Program, ensuring that effective regulatory controls and processes are in place to comply with the various regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setting up and ongoing maintenance of the Regulatory Compliance Matrix
• Assist with the assessment of the impact of new/amended regulations requirements
• Develop, coordinate and participate in programs to enhance awareness of compliance requirements
• Support the administration of compliance related training program to staff.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks/projects as requested by the Team Lead and/or Head of Regulatory Compliance
• Support regulatory compliance in monitoring, assessment, validation and communication of records and updates in the Archer system
• Provides other support to the Senior Manager of the ICS Regulatory Compliance CoE in the assessment and execution of its processes, standards, and guidance
• Conduct trainings about Archer and other learning sessions related to the regulatory compliance management program

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years working experience in the Compliance field (insurance, banking, or financial services sectors are preferred)
• Professional knowledge in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Audit
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance is highly preferred
• Degree preferably in accounting, law, finance, business, or related fields
