JOB SUMMARY
The role involves being the main contact for HR systems, including Oracle HCM, serving as a bridge between HR and IT teams, and collaborating with HR communities for process improvements. Responsibilities include owning standard operating procedures, data governance, integration, advisory services, and supporting change requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as the HCM standard operating procedure owner for the organization
- Managing HCM data governance
- Serving as the HCM integration subject matter expert
- Managing HCM advisory service to all regions
- Supporting HCM change requests
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR systems administration within an MNC organization, working with platforms like Oracle, SuccessFactors, and/or Workday.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data literacy and operational delivery is essential.
- Experience in data analytics and API is considered advantageous.
