Description: JLL is seeking an Insurance Analyst Support for its Escrow Operations group. This individual will be responsible for managing outbound requests for insurance documentation and disseminating internally. The Project Coordinator will work individually and with all levels of staff and must interact effectively with internal and external parties. They must demonstrate organization, an analytical orientation and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner.
Essential Functions:
- Use reporting to manage the process of sending outbound requests for insurance documentation during critical points of the renewal lifecycle including:
- Sending notice via email at 60, 30, and 7 days in advance of renewal. Manage and escalate questions as needed. Determine if documentation received is accurate and ready for review or request additional information from the sender.
- Obtain invoices and setup disbursements in Precision LM. Determine if shortages must be collected from the borrower and escalate as needed.
- Send notice via email to request paid receipts and/or policies until received. Escalate as applicable when not received.
- Escalate to proper parties if contacts are no longer valid or recipients are non-responsive.
- Communicate escrow issues and coordinate resolution with servicing staff
- Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and JREC policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote)
- Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work on several transactions simultaneously
- Ability to recognize and analyze risk

Required Experience: Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, or, equivalent work experience in Insurance, Commercial Mortgage Banking, Real Estate, or Loan Servicing. Experience with PrecisionLM loan servicing software is a plus.
