Position: Sr. Admin Facilities Management & Maintenance
Department: Admin
Area of Assignment: Head Office, Quezon City
Age: 32-45 years old
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
Registered Engineer (ME, CE, EE)
Certified BOSH/COSH Safety Officer (an advantage but not required)
Certified Pollution Control Officer (an advantage but not required)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management with at least 3 years supervisory role
Experience in managing large, complex facilities (office building, commercial propertie)
Experience in budgeting and cost control for facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
Experience in people management/administration
Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSH) and local/government regulations (DENR, BFP, LGU, etc.)
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security systems).
Strong understanding of space planning, layout design, and optimization.
