Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
Assign tasks and projects to team members and monitor their progress.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.- Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
