Job Description:
- Manage and oversee accounting department's daily operations.
Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and that accounting of each transaction is in compliance with the company policies and procedures.- Oversee the month end and year end closing of accounting books.
Handles the year end audit of financial statements.
- Maintain the data integrity of books of account
Preparation of complete set of FS every month (Financial Performance, Financial Position, Cash flow, and related schedules)- Review of reports such as bank reconciliation report, revenue audit report, cash position report, aging of AR and AP, inventory, PPE and other significant accounts of the company.
Detailed review of tax calculation, VAT, ITR, withholding tax and compensation
Prepare special reports as required by the management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree graduate of Accountancy.
Non CPAs are very welcome to apply.
- With at least 4 to 5 years experience on Financial and General Accounting
Knowledge on BIR and SEC reportorial requirements.- Proficient in using MS Office
Possesses good interpersonal and communications skills
- Keen to details is an advantage.
Willing to work in Ermita, Manila
Experience:- General Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
Financial Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
