The Senior Accounting & Finance Manager ensures the smooth operation of all financial and accounting activities within the finance department. This role involves overseeing the Accounting & Finance Supervisor/Officer and the junior accounting staff, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The Senior Accounting & Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the company.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the overall financial operations (accounting, internal audit), investor relations, tax, and treasury departments.
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance that will be reported to the board of directors.
Review and approve all forms submitted to the SEC, BIR, PSE, and other regulatory agencies.- Supervise the Accounting & Finance team members, providing guidance and support.
Conduct regular tax audits and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare and present budgeting reports and forecast revenues.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.- Monitor the daily performance and productivity of the accounting department.
Organize and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and maintain updated records.
- Track and report the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company's strategic goals.- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans.
Oversee the company's transaction processing systems, including the construction and monitor of reliable control systems.
- Maintain banking relationships and represent the company with stakeholders including investors.
Arrange for debt financing and investment of excess funds.
Extensive experience with accounting software and MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas).- Proven work experience as a Senior Accounting Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior role.
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills to manage and interpret large amounts of data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Amenable to work onsite at Makati City, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
