Job Description
Responsibilities include the following:
1. Keep clients books in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
2. Assist with month-end closes
3. Assist with payroll and other related tasks such as quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
4. Process bills and receivables
5. Identify issues and resolve or raise to the supervisors
6. Review work prepared by other team members
7. Calls with internal and external customers
8. Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
9. Support the Firm by managing administrative functions including general email correspondences
and memos, interfacing with clients, scheduling meetings, and staffing
10. Be well versed with QuickBooks Online and participate in trainings offered by Intuit
