Why this role exists
This position exists to support the client's digital marketing services, with a primary focus on SEM and a secondary focus on SEO initiatives. The role combines paid advertising management with administrative SEO tasks to help maintain and grow the agency's service delivery capabilities.
The Impact you'll make
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Management
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
- Assist in developing advertising strategies based on client goals
- Maintain detailed campaign documentation and reporting
SEO Support
- Perform technical SEO tasks following established protocols
- Execute optimization strategies using proprietary SEO tools
- Maintain detailed documentation of implemented changes
- Support content optimization initiatives
Digital Marketing Administration
- Manage campaign schedules and deadlines
- Maintain organized records of digital marketing activities
- Assist with regular performance reporting
- Coordinate with team members on cross-functional projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:

Compensation:
