Duties & Responsibilities:- Customer service management
- Category building:
- a. Accountable for category sales achievement
b. Ensure 100% customer service level- c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
d. Safety and sanitation of the category.
- e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
f. Bad order management- g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated
- Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
- Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.
- Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration or any.
- With atleast 1-2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
