- Category building:
a. Accountable for category sales achievement
b. Ensure 100% customer service level
c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
d. Safety and sanitation of the category
e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
f. Bad order management
g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated
- Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
- Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category
