Demonstrate and reinforces the leadership behaviour and basic minimums (uniform, schedules and the Sales and marketing team) necessary to gain commitment from Marketing Plan.
Knows, enforces and educated the team on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures.
Executes local promotions to maximizes sales potential and achieve targets.
Monitors and assesses daily, weekly, and monthly Marketing Sales targets
Ensures all security procedures and cash handling policies and procedures are executed properly.
Ensures that sales performance is being monitored and necessary actions to maximize overall sales volume.
Completes assigned daily paperwork and statistical reports
Evaluates market reactions to advertising and merchandising procedures, displays and packaging
Manages the Company's social media and other official accounts and respond to it accordingly
Coordinates with COO on sales forecasts and commitments
Performs other functions that may be assigned time to time
