Job Role
Responsible for category profitability through category building and management of day to day selling operations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer service management
- Category building
- Accountable for category sales achievement
- Ensure 100% customer service level
- Safety and sanitation of the category
- Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- Bad order management
- Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
- Ensures that shelf tags are updated
- Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience as Asst. Restaurant Manager, Supervisor from any food and retail industry
- Has a strong personality and good leadership skills
