Job Responsibilities:
- With at least 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail or food establishments
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent- Responsible for category profitability through category building and management of day to day selling operations
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all promotion
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment Supervise and monitor team performance
Has strong leadership skills, result-oriented and customer focus- Has people management and interpersonal With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
