Who are we looking for
- College Graduate preferably from any aviation-related courses
- Preferably have working experience in an airline.
- Has a background in Aviation Security
Major Responsibility Areas:
- Performs specialized project support duties of a clerical or administrative nature specific for the division.
- Provides information, assistance, and services to clients by contacting the office, answering inquiries independently in person, by telephone, or in electronic or paper correspondence. Responds to routine inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Conducts security awareness training to PAL's regular and contracted service provider personnel with operational security functions, and when accredited and/or certified by the relevant Authority, conducts aviation security training to the security staff of PAL and its contracted service providers.
- Generates Security Training Completion Reports.
- Process and appraise expense reports, petty cash vouchers, etc., prior to routing to approving authorities.
