Position: Security Project Manager
Location: Neom
Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to join our Security team in Neom. The role involves leading a team responsible for audits, investigations, and implementing security measures. This position is critical for managing and coordinating security projects to protect the city's assets and personnel.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
- Manage and oversee security projects, ensuring they align with security objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Provide leadership and guidance to security inspectors, incident investigators, and other team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for enhancing the security posture, including deploying measures, protocols, and resources.
- Identify security risks and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies to protect assets, infrastructure, and personnel.
- Coordinate logistics for security projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and equipment procurement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for security project stakeholders, providing updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Allocate resources effectively to support security projects and operational needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent is preferred.
