Security Personnel

Parsell Company is a leading organization dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. We are currently seeking professional and dedicated security personnel to join our team.

• Position Summary: The Security Personnel will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment at our premises. This role involves patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of all staff and visitors.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.

• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.

Observe and report suspicious activities and behaviors.

• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.

Operate surveillance equipment and review footage as necessary.

• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.

Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

• Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and activities.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams when required.

• Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Physical Fitness: Good physical condition and stamina to handle patrolling and potentially strenuous activities.

• Background Check: Clean criminal record and successful completion of a thorough background check.

Training Certification: Completion of a certified security training program.

First Aid and CPR Certification: Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Observation Skills: Keen observational skills.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to assess situations quickly and determine the best course of action.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in security or related field.

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations concerning security and personal rights.
