Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong interest in cybersecurity with a focus on documentation.- Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior internship or experience in IT support or cybersecurity is preferred but not required for fresh graduates.- Proficiency in documentation tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office suite, Confluence, or SharePoint is a plus.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.- Aid in investigating security incidents and anomalies, escalating issues as necessary.
Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Assist in user account administration, permissions management, and access control.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve security-related issues promptly.- Assist in deploying and maintaining security tools and technologies.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for security operations.
- Document security incidents, procedures, policies, and best practices.
Review and update documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.- Participate in audits and assessments by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
