Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Security Officer at Multimodal Security Agency located in Manila, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Security Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and patrolling the premises to ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and assets.
- Enforcing access control policies and procedures.
- Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and providing necessary assistance.
- Performing regular security checks and inspections.
- Maintaining detailed incident reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar security role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform security-related tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in relevant technology, such as CCTV systems and access control systems, is a plus.
- Valid security license or certification, as required by local regulations.
