Security Inspector

Conduct a thorough safety and security inspection of the company and other properties to identify safety and security threats and ensure how the agency security personnel conduct themselves in relation to the contract signed between the agency and the client.

• Regularly check/inspect the Security Personnel's uniforms, equipment, and/or required licenses or certifications such as Security ID License, Agency ID, Guard's NTC License, DDO and Firearms License.

Regularly check or inspect the condition of all issued firearms and ammunitions, vehicles and other equipment, including the availability of the Clear Book documents needed for detachment.

• Issue violation tickets to any agency security personnel due to infractions or violations.

Conduct on-site investigations on cases as instructed by the immediate superior

• Prepare reports and presentations for either internal or external investigations, regarding losses or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all security and safety measures, regulation and policies.

• Act as the transitory security person if the post is vacant or abandoned, until replacement is available, as directed by the OM.

Discuss with Immediate Superior the result of the inspection, and make recommendations to rectify errors and commend if necessary.

• Submit daily post-inspection report in writings, manually or electronically, weekly and monthly reports to the OM and discuss the findings for proper action.

Conduct background investigation on all employees holding sensitive positions in the Company.

• Communicate and act as the liaison with government agencies like PNP, AFP, local government units and the likes.

Provide support to operations personnel, as requested and approved by the immediate superior.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as may be required by the immediate superior.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed Security Officer and with valid Driver's License, Bachelor's Degree Holder or equivalent.

• Preferably with own motorcycle

At least 1-2 years exposure as Security Inspector in a Retail Industry.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Resourceful, proactive, and willing to do field work beyond regular work hours.

• Computer literate.

Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
