GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate has given two distinct roles and will be providing support to the functions of _Security Guard_ and _Utility Maintenance _in the organization, with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring employees have identity verification and that unauthorized people cannot enter the workplace without Identification Card
- Monitoring Video Surveillance for any unusual activity in locations around the office
- Performing security procedures such as bag checks
- Call police or fire department in case of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Performing routine inspections of specific areas
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises
- Greeting employees or customers
- Checking visitors and company vehicles in and out
- Securing assigned posts
- Answering and making phone calls
- Reporting incidents
- Cleaning work areas inside or within the vicinity
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Replacing broken light and light fittings
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries in general areas as necessary
- Report any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning to the appropriate department
- Follow established housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
As the operational needs of the Company may require, the Management reserves the right to assign other duties or work instruction to the Employee.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience as Security Guard and/or Utility Maintenance
