JOB PURPOSE- To secure the company property/assets by responding security threats and safety hazards.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and monitor guard's daily activities at Fort-Knox.
- Conduct morning and afternoon debriefing of posted security personnel prior to deployment.
Monitor and coordinate to Branch officers relevant to the offline cameras, left open equipment running like, Aircon, Electric fan etc.- Escort the finance team for the static verification check of atm cards and make-sure that there are no losses and shrinkages of cards during the transport and its process.
Escort the treasury team as needed in withdrawing cash money from any banks, and make-sure that the team are safe to include the assets during and after the activities.
- Coordinate any matters to the Grace village association and to the village security force pertaining to any safety and security concerns at Fort-Knox.
Responsible in the implementation and monitoring of safety and security rules at Fort-Knox in behalf of the APM.- Act as the first responder of any emergency cases at Fort-Knox during working hours and beyond.
Prepare reports and submit to APM on a timely manner.
- Act as the reliever of the CCTV operators at Head Office during their absence and on their scheduled day-off.
