Job Description of Security GuardA security guard is responsible for protecting people, property, and assets from risks such as theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. They patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance equipment, and enforce security protocols.

At least a High School Graduate- Female minimum height requirement: 5'3 or 160cm
Male minimum height requirement: 5'7 or 170cm
- Must have a valid LESP License
Must be physically fit- Good verbal and written communication skills
Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Must possess strong moral values and maintain a professional demeanor
Willing to undergo security training- Can uphold and adhere to security and safety rules and protocols diligently
Protecting the premises, assets, and personnel.- Responding to alarms and emergencies, such as medical emergencies or incidents like fires, following emergency protocols and notifying authorities as needed.
Documenting observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
- Providing assistance to visitors, employees, and clients
Enforcing rules and regulations, deterring criminal activity, and addressing disruptive behavior or unauthorized persons.- Monitoring and controlling access to facilities, conducting security checks, and ensuring all security systems are functioning properly.
Collaborating with other security officers and team members.
