Roles and Responsibilities
Act as leader, driver, or major contributor to projects and initiatives under the Vulnerability Management program
Partial owner or creator of processes and services related to RX's Vulnerability Management program namely, monthly host and software patching, vulnerability scanning and reporting, vulnerability remediation through configuration changes, server hardening and compliance
Go-to person for anything Qualys, security vulnerabilities and patching
Education
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree holder
Requirements
(1) Mandatory
At least 1 year of AWS/Azure experience.
A curious and creative person with the ability to see patterns on seemingly disconnected environments or systems
Ability to create solutions for either theoretical or an actual problem on a fastest possible way
2+ years of hands-on experiencing supporting enterprise systems and processes (e.g., Active Directory users, computers, groups, email)
Familiarity on the following security concepts and/or program: threats, vulnerabilities, risk management, patch management
(2) Good to have
One (1) security industry certification (e.g., CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA CySA+, Qualys VM)
(3) Trait and Characteristics
Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and global regions
Displays willingness to own complex and highly technical issues and assignments
encourages people to collaborate and push further improvements and innovation to existing tools, processes, and tasks
Consistent with his/her technical development journey
Resilient to pressure that comes with multiple tasks and assignments
