Summary:
As a SailPoint Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions to support the business needs of our clients. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of SailPoint systems, handling user access requests, and providing support to end users to ensure effective and secure identity and access management processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (or other similar Identity Governance) solutions to support identity and access management requirements.
Manage user access requests, role assignments, and access certifications to ensure smooth and secure identity and access processes.
Monitor and analyze identity and access logs, user activity, and security events to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow issues.
Provide training and support to end users on SailPoint tools and best practices for managing their access rights and credentials.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to IAM processes, configurations, and system changes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in identity and access management or related administrative roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies.
Familiarity with IAM security frameworks and industry best practices.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
