SOC Intern Overview:
To be able to work closely with our experienced security professionals to monitor and analyze security
events, detect, and respond to security incidents, and improve the overall security posture of our
organization and client's organization.
Job Description:
o Attend company and IOC Orientation programme.
o Familiarity to each Insightz Security Tools
o Completion of SecureWorks and Fortinet Certifications as part of training, development, and
evaluation process.
o Adhere to the Two (2) week new hire activities
o Threat and vulnerability Analysis
o Continuous proactive monitoring and research of Security Threats and Alerts
o Assist/ prepare Daily and Monthly Report
o Participate and engage in IOC operations.
o Identification of alert/event, recommendation, and implementation of various strategies.
o Make certain of the accuracy of the IOC Trackers and platforms.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Taking computer related courses (for OJT and fresh grads)
Must have at least basic knowledge about cybersecurity.
Must have MOA (for OJT students)
Amenable to rotational work shift schedule and remote training
Not related or connected to any third-party.
Own laptop and reliable internet connection
