Job Title: Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes office guests; Serves food when necessary
- Performs general clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and organizing documents
- Answers phone calls, take messages, and handles correspondence (emails, letters, and packages)
- Manages calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes of the meetings.
- Maintains and updates office databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitors and orders office supplies, ensuring the office is stocked and equipment are properly maintained.
- Greets and assists visitors, providing a positive first impression and addressing their needs.
- Assists with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Performs other administrative / clerical tasks required by the Management
