JOB DUTIES:- Assists all members in the Institution in processing of instructional tools and materials and keeps track of the flow of communication of documents and information in the office/department.
Prepares communication letters as instructed by the School Dean/Head for approval.- Circulates the approved document to all concerned members of the organization.
Receives all communication letters and documents intended for the School, Office and Department.
- Submits make-up class, substitution, official business, and other documents to Human Resource Office and other concerned offices/units.
Maintains and upkeeps the materials and equipment in the office. Reports if maintenance is needed and accomplishes the necessary job order forms.- Labels, files, arranges and safe keeps documents in designated folders and file racks.
Updates the bulletin board with new policies, procedures and other pertinent information.
- Accomplishes requests for needed office supplies and forwards them to the Property Management Office.
Follows up undelivered requests for needed office supplies.- Creates invitations and certificates for the attendees in the faculty development programs.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or any related course.
Preferably at least six (6) months of work experience.

Must be highly flexible and proactive.- Must be computer literate.
Must have excellent communication skills.
