JOB DESCRIPTION: - Secretary of the boss, so all tasks assigned to her are top priority.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and employees.
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, restocking, and organizing supplies as needed.- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees entering the office professionally and courteously.
College graduate of Administration, HR, or any related course- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment (6months 1 year).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
