Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business-related courses.
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in the related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressure
- With good oral and written communication skills
Job Description
- Acts as a first point of contact, deals with correspondence, answering emails and phone calls of the General Manager.
- Assists in organizing meetings, events, conferences, and appointments as needed by the General Manager.
- Assists in the General Managers Calendar, coordinates schedules regarding bookings, travel meetings, and accommodations.
- Reminds the General manager of important tasks and deadlines, compiling data, and prepares reports, presentations, as needed.
- Manages databases, filing systems, implementing, and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Takes minutes during meetings and format information for external and internal Communications.
- Collates and files expenses for liquidation
- Other functions as may deem necessary by the Sales Manager to fulfill tasks assigned
