Summary
The Seasonal Retail Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and supporting various retail operations during the peak season. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and processing merchandise.
Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals.
Participate in promotional events and special sales activities.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention protocols.
Requirements
At least HS Graduate ( old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
