Your Role:
As a
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Jr Specialist , you will:
- Identify and analyze relevant keywords to target for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to align with SEO best practices.
- Conduct site audits to identify issues affecting search engine performance improve site architecture, indexing, and crawlability.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that attracts and engages users.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, traffic metrics, and ROI to stakeholders.
What You Need: Non-negotiables- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred skills/expertise- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Familiarity with PPC and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
