Job Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Quezon City and PITX Paraaque. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring its effective implementation within the team. Your primary focus will be on fostering collaboration, removing obstacles, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Accountancy, or any related field.
• Proficiency in diverse computer applications and software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong organizational abilities, consistently managing tasks with efficiency
• Possesses analytical acumen and excels in handling clerical duties proficiently
